The exact final price of each service will be determined solely through a professional, on-site inspection before work begins, depending on the vehicle's dimensions, level of contamination, and severity of the damage. **🛠️ TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT (2-STEP PAINT CORRECTION): If very deep scratches, severe marks, or oxidation are detected during the initial inspection, a second step of heavy machine cutting will be strictly necessary. This deep restoration process carries a mandatory additional cost of +$400 due to the extra time and materials required. **🛡️ IMPORTANT COATING DISCLAIMER: The estimated durability of this treatment is subject to proper care. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Ultimate Cars Detailing LLC, we value your time and the time of our independent technical team. Because we block out several hours of our day exclusively for your vehicle, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or date change. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: An automatic $50 USD fee will be applied (or your reservation deposit will be forfeited) to mitigate operational and mobile logistics costs. No-show (If we arrive and you are not there or do not answer): 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service will be charged. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support in maintaining punctual, organized, and high-quality service for all our premium clients.
