Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Ultimate Cars Detailing LLC, we value your time and the time of our independent technical team. Because we block out several hours of our day exclusively for your vehicle, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or date change. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: An automatic $50 USD fee will be applied (or your reservation deposit will be forfeited) to mitigate operational and mobile logistics costs. No-show (If we arrive and you are not there or do not answer): 50% of the total cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
